Car park

There are six parking spaces available for people with disabilities (space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).

Wheelchair-accessible toilets

There are three wheelchair-accessible toilets on the premises located in the blower hall and in the multi-purpose container.

Lifts

Almost all rooms available to guests are located at ground level or accessible via ramps and lifts.

Wheelchairs and walkers

Wheelchairs and walkers can be borrowed free of charge.

Media guide

A digital media guide can be downloaded to your smartphone via a QR code. Wi-Fi is available throughout the museum.

Guided tours and offers

We are happy to advise you regarding possibilities for a barrier-free museum visit and to tailor the tours to individual needs. Due to the historical setting, not all offers can be made inclusive. We will work with you to develop suitable options.

Please contact us at least four weeks before your desired date so that we can optimize the tour.
